摘 要:

本文综述了间歇浸没培养法的发展, 系统介绍其对植物微繁的积极作用, 并对其目前国内外的一些应用情况作简要 介绍, 旨在增加相关领域的科研人员及企业对该方法的了解和重视, 进而加速其在国内的推广及应用, 促进相关产业的发展。

Abstract:

This review summarized the development of temporary immersion culture principle and systematically introduced it’s positive effects on plant micropropagation, and briefly introduced it’s application situation around the world, aiming at increasing the understanding and attention of related researchers and enterprises to this method, accelerating it’s application in our country, and promoting the development of related industry.
